Shipping Information

We only provide shipping within New Zealand. Orders will be monitored throughout the day and will be sent out to the buyer within 48 hours. Delivery fees are a flat $8 on each order, and will arrive to your door within 2-4 working days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for South Island deliveries.

Returns and refunds

NZ consumers are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If our products are damaged, you will need to leave the product in its current state and contact us within 48 hours so that we can investigate and provide a refund if necessary. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.
